The Legal and General Affairs Department deals with activities related to the following areas: (a) legal and compliance, (b) human resources, (c) purchases and general services.
In particular, for the legal part, it deals with the analysis and monitoring of the reference legislation; the management of contracts and negotiation assistance in the definition of agreements, contracts, letters of intent and agreements with customers, partners and suppliers; the drafting of internal opinions; the management of the pre-litigation phases; and activities related to the management of corporate bodies. For the compliance part, he acts as contact person for matters pertaining to the application of Legislative Decree 231/01, the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct and EU Regulation 679/2016.
