Generator of solutions based on new business models applied to the FNM group and to the market.

Composed of three levels: project management, commercial and development.

The Mission? Bringing new solutions to the local public transport market and to the internal captive with the following activities:

• Participate in the development of the Nordcom branding with the creation of software applications and new hardware devices;
• Look for partners who share our development model with whom to establish agreements for solutions to be implemented;
• Work on pilot projects for sustainability and social issues, creating products that are accessible to everyone, from the multinational to the small transport company;
• Patent new products and systems that can be applied in the railway and non-rail sector; participate in tenders for the financing of prevention and maintenance solutions;
• Collaborate with associations such as Club Italia, for the writing of guidelines for access and payment systems for MaaS (Mobility as a Service), or for the digitization of mobility and e-ticketing for collective transport;

The area mainly implements XaaS (X as a Service) logic.
